We take pride in our artisan craftsmanship and want you to love your leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-final sale items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our workshop.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the leather is protected from creases, and secure the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
